How long will my meditation track be?

The duration of your meditation track will be around 5-20 minutes, depending on the package that you select.

How often should I use my track?

It's best to meditate and listen to this track on a daily basis, even twice per day or more if possible. This is because repetition is a very defining factor in the reprogramming of your subconscious mind. 

How long does it take to produce my track?

For regular orders, we should be able to produce your track within a 7 day period (revisions not included). This is because there's multiple people involved and we need to coordinate their work. 

How do I know this is going to work?

There is a ton of good scientific research on the benefits and effectiveness of meditation. Guided meditation has been practiced for centuries in order to impact and reprogram the mind. This does however require some effort from your part. The more time, repetition, and emotion you can add to your guided meditation session, the sooner you will see results. This also depends on the strength of your current mental programs. The stronger they are, the longer it will take to replace them.
