How Emotional Mastery is structured
We have kept this program as practical and comprehensive as possible.

Part 1: Introduction
In the first part, we lay the groundwork for our experience:

- We set clear objectives for every step of the process.
- We take a look at the big picture of the personal growth system.
- You receive specific guidelines to get the most out of the program.
Part 2: Understanding Emotions
In this central part of our experience, we explore:
- What emotions are, why we have them, and major emotional myths.
- The interplay between your environment, mind, and body in the construction of emotions.
- What emotional mastery looks like once you know how emotions are made.
- How to master your emotions in everyday life using our MASTER process.
- How your emotions affect your health and how to intervene in the process.
The key element of part 2 is our 1-page personal growth system of how emotions are made + the intervention quadrant that outlines all the types of interventions that you can take.
Part 3: Moving towards mastery
The proof of the pudding is in the eating. Luckily, you have more than enough opportunities to practice what you learned in this program in your life.
You will learn:
- How to assess and take charge of your emotional response in any future situation you encounter.
- How to be more compassionate towards other people.
- How to keep moving forward towards mastery.
