An open mind

A closed mindset restricts your potential to learn and grow. This experience might challenge some of your belief systems. You need to come with an open mind. As all growth happens from within, our primary job is to find a way to move you forward from the inside out. We can knock on your door, but you need to be willing to open it.

Respect

We expect you to show respect for the other participants at all times. Personal growth is, by definition, a personal and sometimes confrontational, emotional process (which is good). It has happened that people display strong emotions during some of the exercises. We ask our participants to support one another.

Full day

This is a big personal growth experience, covering a lot of ground. You will be in the experience center for an entire day (timing below).

Language

We conduct this experience in English or Dutch. All reference materials, exercises... are available in English, Dutch, and French. Each participant can indicate his/her preferred language.

Small groups

We keep group sizes below 25-30 visitors to guarantee an optimal experience and to maximize social interaction. Covid-19 regulations may force even smaller group sizes.

Transformational

The primary goal of this experience is not to be entertaining but to be transformational. Expect to work on yourself, your team, or your business.

Timing

The timing of this full-day experience is as follows*:

  • 09:00 - 09:30: Welcome + drink + getting ready to move forward
  • 9:30 - 11:00: PGX part 1
  • 11:00-11:20: Break with drinks/snacks
  • 11:20-12:45: PGX part 2
  • 12:45 - 13:30: Healthy lunch + 15' nature walk to recharge batteries
  • 13:30 - 15:00: PGX part 3
  • 15:00 - 15:20: Break with drinks/snacks
  • 15:20 - 17:00: PGX part 4

Venue

We have developed this experience in partnership with HealthHouse. The experience center is located at the Gaston Geenslaan 11, Building B4, 3001 Leuven, Belgium. 


You should be able to park in one of the parking spaces in front of the buildings.


You will receive practical information about the best ways to reach the center upon registration.

At this moment, due to current COVID-19 regulations in Belgium, we are not allowed to conduct any experiences. 

However, if you want to join us in 2021, please secure your spot as soon as possible by filling out the reservation form.


Next, we will communicate a list of possible dates with you as soon as we know when we can host this experience again. 


Only after you have confirmed your date, will you have to pay the event fee, and will your spot be fully secured. 


On the date of your experience, should you not be allowed to join us or should we not be allowed to host the experience due to coronavirus restrictions, your ticket will be secured for a later date. You are also free to pass it to someone else.

Next, you will receive a link to complete the payment process and secure your spot.

You will get access to the preparatory materials for the PGX and your experience guide will contact you.

Move 3

We will experience an amazing day together on the date of your PGX.

Following your visit and depending on the plan that you selected, you will receive a summary of the PGX, reference materials, access to the private group, and more.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the safety measures taken to prevent the coronavirus from moving forward?

This PGX is an indoor event in a small group. We need the personal details (first and last name, email address, phone number) of every participant to be able to do contact tracing in case anyone develops COVID-symptoms in the days following the event. We maintain a social distance of 1,5m as much as possible, although this is not possible in every room. Each participant gets a personal chair that stays with that person throughout the entire day. Mask wearing is mandatory throughout the experience. We have hand sanitizer available in every room.

What happens if people arrive late to the PGX?

This is something that we try to avoid as much as possible as it’s important to participate in the entire event. Of course, late arrivals are sometimes unavoidable. Before the PGX, we will give each participant a mobile number that they can message or call in case of late arrival. We will then have them join the rest of the team as soon as they arrive.

Can I get an invoice of my investment?

Yes, we will provide you with an invoice upon payment. You will also be able to access this invoice from your online account.

Can we get a part of our investment reimbursed through a government program…?

We are working on getting approved for the KMO-portefeuille, which would allow most Flemish businesses to recuperate 20-30% of their investment.
