Moving Forward Process

Moving forward toward goal achievement is basically a 5-step process:

  1. You set a goal, ideally one that is right for you.
  2. You encounter obstacles that stand between where you are and where you want to go.
  3. You reflect on setbacks and how you can do things differently.
  4. You learn what works better and what doesn’t in practice.
  5. You move forward toward your goal and set new goals along the journey.
